Stuck on something in the app? Reach a human, or check the common questions below.

Requirements

  • iPhone running iOS 16 or later.
  • Camera for scanning, photo capture, and AR navigation.
  • NFC is optional — used to read and write tags.
  • AR navigation runs on A14 (iPhone 12) and newer; LiDAR is not required.

Common questions

The camera scanner shows a blank frame. +
Grant camera access in iOS Settings → TraceCapture → Camera, then reopen the Scan tab.
The NFC button is greyed out. +
Your device doesn’t support NDEF read/write, or NFC is disabled by your MDM profile. QR and barcode tags work on every supported iPhone.
AR navigation says “no calibration” or “marker not in map.” +
Run a Calibration Walk for that area first — the app needs to sight each ArUco marker once before it can route to it.
The Close button on an order is disabled. +
There are blocking validation errors. Open the validation card on the order to see exactly what’s missing (e.g. no items received).
My items disappeared after switching modes. +
Offline and Server stores are independent. Export a ZIP backup from Settings before switching between them.
Server-mode sync is stuck on “pending.” +
Check the backend URL and API key in Settings. The sync status row lists any conflicts to resolve.

Before you write us

  • Note your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • If the app froze, force-quit and reopen — offline data is preserved.
  • Attach a screenshot or screen recording if you can.
  • For Server mode, include your backend URL (never the API key).
